Heat the heated feet warmers for 60 sec. (For non-carousel microwaves, microwave the product for 30 sec the very first time, then rotate it 180° and microwave it another 30 sec). Lightly touch test the microwave booties before use. If not hot enough, increase the next heating cycle by 10 sec. The heated feet warmer can provide 20-30 minutes of moist heat therapy. DO NOT OVER HEAT!! Cold Therapy: Chill the booties in freezer for 4 hours. Expect 8-10 minutes of cold therapy.
