RinseClean® has two separate tanks to keep clean and dirty water apart, so you always mop with clean water. How does the dual-tank system work? Clean water flows into the rinse chamber while dirty water collects in a separate tank — no more mopping with murky water. Is it safe for all floor types? Yes — it’s safe for sealed hardwood, tile, vinyl, laminate, and other hard floors. Can I use cleaning solution in the clean water tank? Yes — you can add a small amoun2 tspt of mild floor cleaner, but avoid bleach or foaming products. Does it remove bacteria with just water? Yes — the microfiber mop head removes over 99% of bacteria using only water (lab tested). How do I lock the handle? Twist the telescopic handle clockwise until it clicks to lock it in place — it extends up to 51 inches. How often should I replace the mop head? Every 3 months is recommended; the microfiber head is machine washable and reusable. Is the bucket heavier than EasyWring®? It’s slightly heavier when full due to the dual tanks, but still easy to carry and pour. Is there a warranty? Yes — RinseClean® includes a 1-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects.
