This hand spreaders for lawns works very well. The top dial opens or closes the feed material amount and the side dial changes the speed of which the motor spreads the material. the sand spreader is really easy to get the exact spread you are looking for, depending on the size and type of spread you are looking for. The left to right range on this power spreader can be adjusted too. This lawn seed spreader made quick work of having to seed some new grass. It took 2 minutes to cover several hundred sq ft. This seeder spreader more convenient than loading your push spreader and hauling it around, or even pushing it over tilled soil. This is SO much easier to just grab and use. Also flings stuff out so you don't have to walk through the garden or through gates, You can just stand outside a fence or whatever and spread stuff like fertilizer or seeds to the other side. This thing is supremely adjustable. You can adjust feed rate with the top dial to control the opening when you pull the trigger. The dial near the bottom controls ejection speed for controlling how far it throws. The grass spreader is also a lever that adjusts the opening which lets you tune the spread angle when it ejects.
