Aluminum is reactive to the acids in certain foods such as vinegar and tomato products which may darken, pit or corrode the pan. Set includes two half sheet pans. Half Sheet exterior dimensions 17.9 x 12.9 x 1 inches and interior dimensions 17.1 x 12.1 inches. Made in America of domestic and imported materials.
