Description:
Transform your frustrating stripped screw situations into quick solutions with this professional-grade 5-piece damaged screw extractor set. Crafted from durable High Speed Steel (HSS), these specialized drill bits are designed to grip and remove stubborn stripped screws, nuts, and bolts with precision. Each extractor in the set (numbered from 0 to 4) features aggressive spiral flutes that bite into damaged fasteners, making removal straightforward and efficient. Perfect for both DIY enthusiasts and professional craftspeople, these tools excel at extracting rusty, broken, or worn-out hardware that standard screwdrivers can't budge. The distinctive grey finish helps resist corrosion, while the industrial-grade construction ensures lasting performance across numerous extraction jobs. Whether you're working on automotive repairs, furniture restoration, or general maintenance, this comprehensive set provides the reliable tools needed to tackle those challenging fastener removal tasks. SPECS: Material: HSS steel Shaft Type: Hex Shank; Size: 0#, 1#, 2#, 3#, 4# 0) Removes screw size: 2-4mm 1) Removes screw size: 3-5mm 2) Removes screw size: 4-8mm 3) Removes screw size: 5-10mm 4) Removes screw size: 6-12mm Easily removes screw and bolt head types from flat head, Phillips, hex, torx, square, round and other stripped screws or bolts. How to Use: Step1: Make sure to use the drill side, make sure it is counterclockwise , not too fast and not too slow, but make sure you drill deep enough. When drilling, make sure to use some force (not too much force, but not too light force) against the screw. Step2: Please make sure to use the extractor (Spiral) side, make sure it is counterclockwise (that is, the direction in which the screw is screwed out), and the speed should be slow, so that the screw can be grasped. Don't go too fast. If you can't grab the screw, try the extractor (Spiral) side of the large extractor instead, no need for a new hole. TIPS: * Metal chips are produced during polishing. Remove any residue before extraction. * If the extraction thread does not bite into the screw head, switch back to the burnisher and clean more of the screw head or switch to the next larger bit size and start again at step 2. * Operating or near power tools, please wear glasses boxes and protective clothing.
